 A: Yes, in fact we recommend it! It always helps to have some shirts available for potential customers to examine |
| the quality and compare sizes. Samples are sold at retail prices. You will be credited the difference when you place |
| your order. Example: A retail T-Shirt is $15. If your price is $4 you will be credited $11 per sample. |

..Q: How do we handle the money? |
| A: Checks and Money Orders from your customers are made out to your organization. Once you total up your order |
| you will fax TDC your completed School Order Form. TDC will send you an invoice which will include any sales tax, art |
| fees and shipping costs. You will pay TDC your balance due and KEEP YOUR PROFIT. No waiting to get your |
| money. |

..Q: How long does it take to get our shirts? |
| A: Your order will go into production as soon as payment is received. If payment is by check or money order |
| production will begin once the check clears. Orders typically ship in 14-21 days from receipt of payment.. |

..Q: Can we add to our order after production begins? |
| A: Yes, but it’s expensive. We highly recommend that you order extra shirts. |
| Inevitably Aunt Bessie will decide at the last minute that she needs a Hoodie, or the little boy who never hands in his |
| home work will bring in his order form the day after production begins. |

| Keeping a stock of shirts behind the front desk is a great way to increase sales and help take care of those last minute |
| emergencies. Some order extras for sales at the school bookstore or at special events like football games and |
| assemblies. |

| Shirts ordered after production begins will cost $7.00 extra per shirt. |
